About the service

Yuanzi Zhiyi provides accounts, natal-chart calculation, cultural interpretations, reports, Q&A, and related features. Features may change as the product evolves; the interface displayed when you use the service is the current version.

By registering, signing in, or continuing to use these features, you agree to read and follow these terms, the Privacy Notice, and any necessary notices shown in the product.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Register with an email address that you can access and keep your credentials secure.
• If you notice unusual account activity, use the account-security features or contact support.
• Do not impersonate another person, transfer an account, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service.

Nature of the content

Disclaimer: Bazi charts and interpretations on this site are based on traditional cultural methods and information supplied by users. They are for cultural exploration and general reference only and do not constitute medical, legal, investment, relationship, education, or career advice. For major decisions, consider real-world circumstances, consult an appropriate qualified professional, and decide independently.

Different source material, methods, or circumstances may produce different interpretations. Read them together with the timing conventions shown on the relevant page.

Credits and service entitlements

Credits and other in-product entitlements are used only for the corresponding Yuanzi Zhiyi features. They are not cash or standalone trading instruments. Prices, usage, validity, and fulfillment arrangements are those displayed on the relevant page.

The Personal Advisor monthly, quarterly, and annual passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Each entitlement month includes the credit allowance shown on the product page; unused monthly credits expire at the end of that entitlement month and do not roll over. An early renewal is queued after the current entitlement. Review the price, duration, credit usage, payment method, and refund-related entitlement adjustments shown on the account and checkout pages.

We may adjust entitlements when a payment is refunded or reversed, an order is abnormal, or fulfillment was incorrect. Contact support if you have questions.

Submitted information and permitted use

Make sure you are entitled to submit the information you provide. Before calculating, generating, or sharing a report for another person, obtain their consent and handle their personal information carefully.

The Yuanzi Zhiyi brand, interface design, and public content are protected. Personal reports may be read and shared reasonably for personal use, but must not be copied in bulk, resold, impersonated, or otherwise used in ways that may harm Yuanzi Zhiyi or others.

Service changes

We may adjust features and rules for maintenance, upgrades, security, operations, or other legitimate needs. We may take necessary measures in response to misuse, account risk, or conduct that disrupts the service.

Digital services may be affected by devices, connectivity, maintenance, and other conditions. We work to keep the service reliable, but actual availability can vary.

Account deletion, updates, and contact

You can request account deletion from Account Security. Related information is handled under the Privacy Notice and the notices shown during deletion. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the latest version shown on this page applies.
