Information we process

To provide accounts, chart calculation, reports, Q&A, entitlements, and customer support, Yuanzi Zhiyi may process information you submit and records necessary to operate these features.

• Account and contact information, such as your email address, display name, and settings.
• Birth information, questions, reports, and sharing settings used for chart calculation and interpretation.
• Default-chart details, historical readings you explicitly import, device time zone, daily cards, conversations, context summaries, long-term memories you explicitly share, and generation status used by the Personal Advisor.
• Records needed for orders, credits, and other service entitlements.
• Necessary usage records used for sign-in, security, troubleshooting, and service improvement.
• Your selected interface language and a coarse country code supplied by our trusted network provider for first-visit language recommendations. We do not store a new raw IP address for this feature.

Why we use it

We use this information to perform requested features, preserve necessary state, administer accounts and entitlements, send service notices, respond to inquiries, protect the service, and improve the experience.

Different features require different information. You can decide whether to provide optional information based on the interface, but a feature may not work if required information is missing.

Retention and protection

We retain information according to service needs, account status, and applicable requirements, and handle it appropriately when it is no longer needed. Some records may remain for a period for security, backups, transaction reconciliation, or dispute handling.

We use safeguards appropriate to the service, but no network environment is risk-free. Keep your account secure and share private-report links only with people you trust.

Service providers and data flows

We may use service providers as necessary for notifications, payments, content generation, file processing, hosting, and operations. When the Personal Advisor generates content, the chart context, almanac data, and conversation context required for the request are sent to the currently configured model provider. Dodo Payments processes payment, order, and refund status. Yuanzi Zhiyi uses verified results to grant or adjust Personal Advisor access in its local records; those local records are the source of truth for that access. Processing is limited to delivering the relevant feature and may change as service arrangements evolve.

Information may also be used or disclosed within an appropriate scope when you choose to share it, request a specific service, provide authorization, or another necessary basis applies.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain sign-in, remember functional settings such as language, and protect the service. The language cookie is functional rather than advertising-related. Clearing or restricting these records may require you to sign in or choose settings again.

Your choices

Available product controls let you review or manage account details, notification preferences, signed-in devices, charts, reports, sharing, and language. The Personal Advisor also provides controls for deleting sessions and reviewing or clearing long-term memory. You can request account deletion as described in the interface.

Minors, updates, and contact

Minors should use the site with a guardian and should not treat its content as the basis for important decisions. Guardians should carefully assess any submission of a minor's information.
